1. This promotion (the “Offer”) is open only to residents of the UK who are aged 18 years or over (the Participants”) except for employees and their families of Airplay Media (UK) Limited (the "Promoter") and its subsidiary companies, its agencies and anyone professionally connected with the Offer.

2. This Offer opens on 1st Sept 2011 and closes on 31st Dec 2011.

3. Subject to the restrictions and limitations set out in these terms and conditions, the Offer entitles the Participants to receive a free Apple 16GB iPad2 with WiFi connectivity (the “Loyalty Reward”) in the event the Participants either directly or indirectly purchase from the Promoter goods or services valued £1000 or more quoted for by the Promoter and officially ordered by the Participants.

4. The Promoter hopes and intends to have all Loyalty Rewards delivered within two weeks where the Promoter receives Purchase Orders raised by the Participants. However, the Promoter gives no guarantee as to time of delivery and excludes any liability for delays outside of its reasonable control.

5. The Promoter at its sole discretion retains the right to withhold the Loyalty Reward without liability if in its view the Participants are ineligible or the Purchase Orders raised are invalid or the Participants do not meet the necessary requirements as set out in these terms and conditions.

6. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Offer in the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside of its control.

7. The Promoter at its sole discretion retains the right to substitute the Loyalty Reward with an alternative Loyalty Reward equivalent to or greater in value if in all reasonable circumstances it is unable to provide it.

8. The Promoter will not be responsible for transmission, network and/or computer or software errors that affect the execution of the Offer, and the Promoter accepts no responsibility for the execution of the Offer invalidated by technical problems beyond the control of the Promoter.

9. This Offer and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and, together with any disputes arising in connection with this Offer and/or these terms and conditions, are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. By participating in the Offer, the Participant is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
