Work experience 

Young people need a break... and that's why Airplay has provided work experience for many, many students over the years. At the heart of our work experience programme, we allow youngsters the opportunity to be 'hands-on' having a go at all kinds of jobs. This ultimately builds their confidence and helps them to understand what they'd eventually like to do.
